For the chicken soup ramen, I chose the special chicken white soup and fresh matsutake ramen for 1880 yen. The taste of the soup is very strong. You can clearly experience the difference from other chicken soup ramen. The soup is richer and has the aroma of oil. You get what you pay for.

Excellent ramen in a train station! Read reviews online of this Michelin recommended restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. They specialise in Tori paitan - a chicken based ramen with a rich fatty broth. The noodles were topped with kabocha pumpkin, broccoli, and flavorful chicken. I asked for the staff's recommendation - and they suggested I prefer the number 1. Went at 5pm for an early dinner and the restaurant was empty. Really delicious and while heartedly recommend!
