The hot stone noodles are interesting to try in the shop. The taste has a good mix of different flavors. I don't get along with fish based soup that much but this time I like how strong the soup is but it is not so strong that you would feel too salty or oily.

A ramen shop with saury soup stock. I ordered soy sauce. It was fragrant and delicious. I plan to try salt next. The number of seats is small, so you may have to wait during busy times.

I ordered the top salt soba. It's a saury ramen, but the aroma and deep taste were well entwined with the noodles and it was delicious. I ordered salt, so it's refreshing and easy to eat, and eggs and green onions go well with saury! Isn't it perfect for ramen at the end of a drinking party? The number of seats is not that many, but I would like to go again!
