A popular shop specializes in shio (salt) based ramen that has made multiple appearances on TRY (Tokyo Ramen of the Year) magazine in the last few years. Be sure to get the tokusei (deluxe) version of toppings because they’re really not shy about showcasing the variety of proteins they have. This shop is for those who’s into ramen with light broth and a liberal amount of meat.

Salt ramen is Teppan. The noodles, soup, and ingredients (chicken meatballs, bamboo shoots, chashu, flavored eggs) are all of a high standard and perfectly balanced. The soy sauce is also delicious. This is a blissful restaurant for those who like light food. You can also get char siu bowl, roast beef/pork bowl. Tsukemen (thin noodles and flat noodles) are also delicious. It is also a nice menu that you can take home frozen ramen and make it at home.
