My favorite Ramen noodle shop in the town

I had high expectations for the noodles since they are made by Mikawaya Seimen, but they exceeded my expectations by absorbing the soup stock just right. It was a cup with a great overall balance. I ordered miso ramen and half fried rice. These are two items I would like to order again when I visit again. Thank you for the meal.

The noodles were delicious as well as the soup. Also fried rice and chashu. October 2023 I was thinking of having a refreshing cold soba at Tachikui Soba Monju, but Aioi might be surprisingly empty.
