I was shocked by the authentic taste, which is rare in specialty stores. Ordered spicy miso char siu, thick noodles, and a large serving. Menma and toppings. When ordering, the staff will ask you if you want the noodles to be thick or thin, so please answer whichever you prefer. The boiled eggs and menma that come from the Kanpa system are unique. Put money in the campa can and get flavored eggs, fire-breathed menma, and fire-brewed bean sprouts. The soup has a gentle flavor with a strong umami flavor. I think the miso ramen here is easy to eat because it doesn't stick to your tongue. The balance between the sweetness of the stir-fried vegetables and corn and the noodles is exquisite. There are plenty of vegetables and the miso is sweet, so the spiciness is just right. It's very good with lots of minced pork and chicken in it. The thick noodles are hard and stick to the soup. delicious! As mentioned by other reviewers, the store staff's unfriendliness is amazing. Thank you for the meal.
It's been almost 20 years since I moved to this neighborhood, but this was my first time going inside. It seems that the shops in line have closed after the coronavirus pandemic, but this one has continued to exist. I'm giving a low rating because I liked a lot of things, but I didn't have any complaints, so I gave it a 5 star. If I had to say it I got the impression that the person who seemed to be the owner of the shop seemed difficult to approach, based solely on appearance, but his response was particularly normal. The menu is seafood-based hot-brewed char siu with thin noodles and an additional piece of char siu. It has a rich and rich taste similar to miso, and you can eat the barley rice served in an instant. The char siu was thick and melty, and I was glad that it was thicker with the toppings. Hibuki seems to be in the top category of spicy, but I think it has a fairly gentle spiciness. I think it was even more delicious because I went there hungry, but it was a restaurant I would go to again after a long time. Next time I want to try the flavored egg (I forgot).
