This was an unplanned visit but this ramen shop met the expectations in every aspects. The hardness of noodles is excellent, the salty broth is good and the char siu is perfect.

I've been coming here for about 15 years now. It is a store facing an alley a little from Sunshine Street. The best recommendation is Umeshio soba. At first, you can taste the salted soba without unpacking the plums on top. The noodles are thin, curly and hard, and the soup is salty, but the soup doesn't get entangled easily, so the saltiness is just right for slurping, but if you taste only the soup when the temperature has dropped at the end, you can feel the saltiness strongly. It's an addictive taste that makes you want to go again.
