The sea bream soba was created due to an over supply of the fish during the pandemic. I guess it is one thing to be thankful to the pandemic for. I had the seasonal snapper cold soba and it was out of this world! Texture on the soba was perfect and the snapper and chashu pork were a great pairing to the broth. We also had the tea rice and boiled dumplings, both were delicious! This is a tiny spot that we waited in line for on a weekday but the turnover is fast. Definitely give this place a try if you are in the area!

Probably the best tai shio and chazuke combo I've had thus far. Highly recommend the chazuke set to finish off that soup!

Wow! Luv this ramen. It’s a red snapper based so not so oily and heavy as other pork based ramens. There are some ramen snobs dismissing the taste or service here, but I still think it’s worth a try. Definitely, will be back!
