we almost missed our flight because of this place, we did a half an hour of walking in the rain from shinjuku to boost our appetite. once arrived we had to wait for 15 minutes before having this experience ( right on time because this shop closes at 15:00 and we arrived at 14:00. it's a small place with just 7 seats. what you will get is a private chef who does the job all by himself. seeing him do his craft will make you appreciate this bowl of delicious food even more. and with his humble approach taking time for small talk and he even took a second of his precious time to take a picture. thank you so much for this experience.
