More Comments at Google MapThe number one ramen restaurant in Japan🇯🇵 in my opinion. I must try it every time I go to Akita. I have been to the Takadanobaba store once.
Noon, 1 person, 800 yen. The old shop left by Showa, does not play fancy but only sells truth. The soup base is classic thick soy sauce; the noodles are Chinese thin noodles, full of toughness and elasticity; the meat is full and absolutely full. For men, choose extra-large ones that can be eaten. For girls, it is recommended to serve both. No messy activities, just reasonable to extreme prices. Full meat + extra-large noodles are only sold for 800 yen. According to my experience of staying in Japan for 6 years, I can't find a second one. When you enter the store, you can choose the noodles you want to eat on the machine, pour the water yourself, and add green onions by yourself. Usually at noon, Japanese white-collar workers from nearby come to eat, and you may have to queue up, just pay attention to the time.
Super recommended place, the owners are very friendly and they’ll try to help you as much as they can. The food was SUPER.
