One of the best Niboshi Soup-based noodles in Shinjuku is Suzuran. Here the soup is great that it is drinkable. Niboshi usually have a bitterness but here don’t know why it doesn’t have a bitterness, it is more like richful dashi flavor with an ingredient of niboshi. Put simply, The soup has richful Dashi taste mixed with the expensive soy source. The noodle, soup, ingredients such as an egg, a slice of roasted pork fillets, and a diced onion. What I call the good ramen is everything including noodles, soup, and ingredients match on the same high-standard line. That means, the good ramen must not have a specific point because the good ramen is all good on everything. Here then I’m sure this is the one of the best ramen in a Niboshi genre aka the good ramen. Had the niboshi special tsukemen 1200円。tasty broth, toppings were excellent especially the menma. Price is good for the area. Very enjoyable tsukemen 4.5/5

The food was great and so was the service. They were really welcoming. Will visit again.
