I had high expectations after hearing in advance that the restaurant was run by a person who had been working at Kamata's famous restaurant ``Jun'' for about 5 years. The amount of oil and other settings are the same as Jun. I made a large serving of pie karamen with a large amount of oil. 870 yen + 150 yen for a large serving. The default price is 790 yen, so I guess the price is reasonable. Pika is not listed separately, but I think it's 80 yen? Niigata Tsubame Sanjo ramen is my favorite genre. Piping hot dried sardine soup under a large amount of back fat. It feels bland in the beginning. The influence of the oil layer is also large. Charge your soy sauce taste with a little table top. A large amount of back fat. Thick noodles. Ahhh, it's delicious. However, the soup is delicious. In the second half, the oil layer decreases and it feels thick, but it's a delicious soup that has been properly dried out. If it weren't for this amount of oil, I'd like to drink it all and go home lol It's my first time eating pica. It's pork belly meat, but it's plump like beef tendon. It's so delicious. It's a hidden gem. was delicious. The inside of the store is small and seats 6 people. Not suitable for groups. It's a bit painful that the distance between you and the seat next to you is small, but it's a small restaurant run by a mom and dad, so it can't be helped. It was delicious! I'm full. It's warm!
As someone from Niigata, Tsubame-Sanjo ramen is a familiar taste. However, since I moved to Tokyo, I haven't had the opportunity to eat it. I knew that there was Tsubamesanjo-style ramen here for a long time, but is it two years old? It came true to visit about. As you can see, the ramen is Tsubamesanjo style ramen. (I used a large amount of back fat, but maybe it's a little less?) The taste is a little lighter than the authentic one, but thanks to that, you don't get tired of drinking the soup. I ate it all in no time. It seems to be run by a couple, and the atmosphere is a Chinese restaurant in a good town, but you can enjoy Tsubame Sanjo-style ramen. If you are from the same hometown and miss Tsubame Sanjo-style ramen, please come and visit us.
I had the rock seaweed soba. You can enjoy the elegant flavor of the backfat and the aroma of the seaweed, and the chewy texture of the thick noodles is irresistible.
