More Comments at Google MapOne of the best jiro ramen I've had!
You can enjoy a delicious cup without blurring. Also, unlike other Jiro restaurants, I get the impression that there are a lot of older regulars. I've been to Balinese's Nihonbashi store (currently closed) many times, but this Kagurazaka store is definitely better! I don't go as far as to go every week, but as someone who does go there quite a bit, I would like to offer the following advice. ■365 Everyday Summer Shonan As mentioned in the reviews, it's hot inside. The air conditioner in the back seems to be a little better, so my master recommends it, but it's still hot. Water on hot stone. Let's open up again and enjoy experiencing Shonan's summer 365 days a year. (BGM is also Southern) ■Call is when asked by the master Basically, when you put down your meal ticket, you make a call (how well the noodles are boiled, the amount of oil and vegetables, and the intensity of the flavor). At this time, people sometimes say things like, ``Garlic abrasion better!'', but sometimes the master is doing other work (because it's a one-off operation) and can't ask, so I ask the master, ``Do you have a preference?'' Let's remain silent until it's done. By the way, the garlic is on the table, so there's no need to call. In other reviews, the master's attitude is bad. There are things like that, but I personally think they are very kind, so I'm not happy about it. ■Noodles As a Jiro type, it is quite stiff. Therefore, even if you usually eat Kaname, we recommend that you try Normal when you try it for the first time. Also, the types of noodles are different between regular ramen and tsukemen, so start with normal ramen. ■Pig The pork will be cold, so don't bite into it until it's finished, just submerge it in the soup to warm it up. Have some good ramen
I didn't know that Kagurazaka had a Jiro line, so I went there immediately. I thought it was a drink vending machine outside, but it was a ticket vending machine. It's already good, so I started to choose quality over quantity, so first I chose "Noodles less noodles with seasoned egg". When I opened the door and entered the store, the hot air hit my face, and I knew that I would definitely sweat. It was around 11:30 and there was only one other customer in the store. The store clerk asked me, "Do you have any preferences?" Garlic is self-service here, and you can choose vegetable and abra and the strength of taste to your liking. I was seated and it was delivered in about 5 minutes. It may have been made quickly because there was only one person. I was relieved that the volume was as expected and I could finish it. The soup had a lot of salt and felt thick, but it's just right if you combine it with washi-wash noodles and bean sprouts. There was advice on the taste change on the wall, so I followed it and ate it, and it was delicious. It was my first time to put vinegar in this system, so I was happy with the new discovery. The chili peppers on the table are really spicy, so it's better to put a spoonful first and see what happens. I would like to order the tsukemen next time. It was a treat.
