I ordered a flavored egg + chicken hot water soba. The smell of chicken whets the appetite. The soup is not salty, and the soup stock is thick and delicious. White fungus is rare and has a nice crunchy texture. I felt a little strong scent of wood ear fungus. Char siu is a chicken breast low-temperature seasoning, very soft and fragrant. The egg white is neither too soft nor too hard, and the yolk is just the right amount of thickness and texture. Noodles are medium thick. It's rare in chicken hot water, but it goes well with the soup. The overall balance is good, and it is a little different from the standard white chicken soup. And the price is great for this location. I made a large serving on another day, but I don't recommend it because the soup feels thin and the taste is dull. I ordered the second generation Chinese soba. The soup stock works well and is quite delicious. The char siu was grilled and crunchy and went well with the soup. The scent of mitsuba and seaweed is also good. Menma is thick and two, and it feels good to enjoy the texture. The noodles are also chewy and the taste of wheat is also delicious. I used chicken plain hot water, but it was a gem that I can also recommend. I ordered chilled soba. The soup has the flavor of seafood broth. The taste is strange and the basil sauce is applied, so it's better not to mix it all of a sudden and eat it. It is topped with myoga, radish sprouts, green onions and condiments that go well with the cold. The char siu is a rare char siu made from breast meat, and it is refreshing and fragrant.
A ramen shop located in a back alley in Minami Ikebukuro. Although it is famous for its chicken paitan ramen, it also has a wide repertoire of limited edition noodles, including second-generation Chinese soba and tsukesoba, so you'll never get tired of it. There is also a rice and alcohol menu. There are also plenty of seasonings on the table. The water is also delicious! There are not only counter seats but also 3 large table seats in the store, so even groups can enjoy it. This is a store that is easy for women to enter. There is also a smoking area outside the store. The store is clean and the staff are nice. The ticket vending machine also accepts 10,000 yen and 5,000 yen bills, so there is no need to exchange money. Although it's far from the station, it's a delicious restaurant that I highly recommend.
