Lobster bisque meets ramen. Deep & rich flavours with perfect textured noodles. The normal broth tastes more concentrated in flavour while the cream ramen was a bit more french & round in flavour. The risotto was also a clever way to end off the meal with the leftover soup from our ramen. Amazing service as well. There was a queue at 6pm on a Saturday - waited for 20mins.

I went there twice while visitingTokyo, once in November of 2022, and once recently...both times I really enjoyed the food and experience. The first time I ordered the whole lobster ramen with cream and the risotto, and the second time I ordered the deluxe ramen without cream and risotto...both were excellent. I don't know which I like more. I highly recommend it! I don't know what I'll order next time but I will be back! Btw...they speak english as well.

The interior exudes a distinct sense of sophistication, albeit with limited seating options. However, it is the culinary offerings that truly shine at this establishment. During two separate visits, the gastronomic experience proved consistently delightful. While the pricing may surpass that of traditional ramen, the rich and flavorsome nature of the cuisine undoubtedly justifies the expense. In my personal assessment, it surpasses standard ramen fare in both taste and depth of flavor.
