More Comments at Google MapMy favorite ramen joint in Tokyo. Although not having a Michelin star itself, it is listed as a Bib Gourmand twice already. I went to the old store at Echika Fit back in 2017 and to this day the chicken broth is cooked to perfection. Congratulations to the crew as the flavor of the paitan is superb. I recommend getting there as early as possible as queues are quite common. I do recommend getting a soft-boiled egg and a bowl of rice to match the rich broth.
🌟Ramen soup base is like chicken soup + creamy mushroom soup 🍬The last time I ate bonbon was when I came to Tokyo before the epidemic, and it has been 4 years in a flash. 🍬It is close to closing time, so there is no queue at all. 🍬Enter the door and buy the noodles you want at the ticket vending machine, so you need to be careful not to choose the wrong one. There is a menu with pictures above the ticket vending machine, so it is not easy to choose wrongly. 🍜Chicken Ramen: 🍬The soup base is rich, like rich chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup. The noodles are soft. 🍝Dipping noodles: 🍬Dipping noodles are thick and chewy. If the dipping soup is not wrong, it is the soup of カツオ, which should be the bottom of the fish.
I had truffle chicken paitan soba. It has creamy soup with chicken broth and truffle tastes unique and mild. There are a lot of people queing afternoon so you should come here before noon.
