The real taste of nagahama tonkotsu. No chicken in the broth there. Pure pork taste and smell, an odor that you can smell as soon as you open the door. After all these years, and probably more than a hundred stores tried, still the best ramen in Tokyo for me. Only if you can handle nagahama ramen of course. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Simply The Best
