More Comments at Google MapThis is a must recommend place if you want to try out different ramen styles and karaage! The ramen is very good, the tonkotsu is not very thick which makes the food easy to come down. The karaage is the king for me, as this is the best karaage I've ever eaten in my whole life! It's cripsy at the outside, but tender and juicy on the inside. The marinade is flavorful. Even the gyoza is cooked delightfully crisp yet soft, a perfect shimmered gyoza. Overall, if you're going to Otsuka it's one of the place you'd need to come by and taste ☺️.
It is located on the 4th floor of Atrevie Otsuka, and is a shop that I often stop by when visiting the area around Otsuka Station. Yumaru ramen from Hakata, Kyushu is characterized not only by the tonkotsu soup, but also by the straight noodles. I didn't ask for Balikata, but I ordered hard and enjoyed the atmosphere. The photo shows the special thick miso ramen for 930 yen, which is recommended for winter. Next, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only ○ Ramen set, Ajitama + mentaiko rice. It's been a set with a lot of taste balls! The scent of seaweed is good from the time it is brought to the seat. The flavored egg has a strong flavor and is delicious. The chilli tonkotsu soup and the char siu that is soaked in it are also very relaxing, and it seems to be a place to relax in the increasingly cold winter.
I visited at 12:15 on a weekday, the busiest time for restaurants, and about half of the seats were empty. I guess it's because it's on top of the station building. A hidden gem. I had Hakata ramen (720 yen) and Kaedama (100 yen) both served with wire. It's so thick and delicious that it forms an oil slick. The clerk was always keeping an eye on the floor, so ordering extra balls went smoothly. Kabosu tsukemen is highly recommended when the hot weather arrives. The noodles are mixed with the sour soup and it's really delicious.
