There are 2 Ramen shop I like in Ikebukuro, this is one of them. My experience the first time was that I waited for half an hour, and the wait was well worth it. An ordinary looking shop from the outside. But you can't judge the book by its cover. Same for Ramen shop, you can't judge the shop by its store front. The soup was very perfectly seasoned. The pork was well made, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Definitely will go again and recommend it to others.

For Chinese speaking customers Please be sure to purchase your tickets from the ticket machines before queuing. After queuing, staff will come to collect tickets. When you pick up your ticket, you'll be asked if you want more vegetables or more garlic. There are pictures of ramen on the ticket vending machines, so it doesn't matter if you don't understand Japanese. (^o^ゞ

Super thick miso ramen. Tower of bean sprouts/veg, large noodle portion, portion of rice and garlic all at no extra cost. Really full of flavour. Queue goes down fast. Great atmosphere. Bibs needed!
