The modern ramen restaurant has a great atmosphere and is very convenient to order. My friend ordered the seasonally limited sea urchin and beef corn cold noodles and liked it very much. My dry glutinous rice noodles were too similar to sweet water noodles, but the taste was also good. Although it didn’t look like a big portion, it was Eat super stuffed.

The RAMEN here is very different from anything I have ever had. All the dishes prepared by the chef, who is very particular about his ingredients, were wonderful.

As always, Mensho never disappoints me. This is on the limited time menu. Such an umami bomb! I was amazed by the freshness of the sea urchin and the complex and delicate flavor of the corn soup. And it will be a big flaw if I don’t mention the white truffle oil and A5 wagyu char siu. The restaurant also offer a small bowl of blowtorched rice if you want. However I felt the raw spring onions and the cold soup did not belong together. The size of the spoons is unusually huge.
