My favourite ramen chain in Tokyo. They serve delicious chopped char siu pork that you don't get in regular ramen. The char siu is braised, very similar to the chinese style braised pork belly. Don't get the add on, just have it in the soup. The pork will soak up the soup, giving it a moist and tender bite. If you're vegetarian or vegan, they cater ramen to you as well. I highly recommend this ramen chain.

Vegan Ramen was AMAZING. super deep flavour broth. I must say though it wasn't too filling. Maybe cause there's not much fibre in it and I usually eat alot. But the flavour was 10/10.
