Powerful fish based ramen. Good portion, great noodle texture, and a very good price. One of the finest of its kind in Tokyo at least.

Seems arriving at 13:45-14:00 there may be less queues just a FYI. Arrived on a Monday at 13:45, 8 people in line and seemed five of those where same party. Just mentioning because line probably have been moving slow to free up place for them. Buy a ticket before lining up. When I was there 8 chairs where available and you line up from the left. I just sat down when party of 5 was seated and not more than 10 minutes I was seated. Really friendly master and I guess his wife but constantly busy as this is a popular shop. Had the ajitama ramen with extra chashu 1000+500. Awesome tonkotsu gyokai, oh I have missed this style. Perfect egg and chashu just melts in your mouth. This is top tier stuff, highly recommended.

One of the finest thick double soups I’ve ever tried. I usually dislike menma, but these were great. Thick meaty chasu. Wonderful noodles. I arrived a few minutes before opening and there was already a line 20 deep, so plan accordingly.
