Koto City, Tokyo, Japan｜Vegan Ramen UZU Tokyo

I got to say the vegan ramen bowl was amazing! The portion size was good and very filling. Not only that I also had a cup of pink rhubarb vegan ice scream and I got to say again it was amazing as well. Good to eat while you are waiting for your reservation at teamlab.

Fantastic vegan ramen!! Super flavorful broth, not spicy in my opinion. Be careful the tomatoes are little fire bombs (temperature-wise). Ice cream and soda were just okay, not must-try, but nice on a hot summer day. The location by the teamLab exhibit is so convenient. I ate around 12pm and was served within 5 minutes!

This is hands down one of the best vegan food I’ve ever had so far! The broth is super thick, flavorful, and aromatic that it’s hard to believe it’s made with no animal product. This was awesome! Since the Tokyo location of @vegan_uzu is located in the exhibition area (outside, separate tickets) of @teamlab.planets the price is steep and almost double the cost of regular ramen, but if you already went all the way there I’d say it’s definitely worth a try. Non-vegans should too!
