Tsukiji Koken, located in the Tsukiji Outer Market, is a hidden shop located at the back of a dry goods store's alley, which is difficult for first-time visitors to locate. Speaking of Tsukiji's town Chinese food, there used to be several famous restaurants such as ``Yajiman'' and ``Fujino,'' but they moved to Toyosu with the relocation of the market in 2018. Among them, ``Koken'' located outside the venue is even more valuable today. It is open from 6 a.m., and people who work in the market come from early in the morning. There are many regular customers who come every day. Closed at 12:30 in the afternoon. The most popular signature dish is ``Shuumai''.
