This is the restaurant I always go to when I'm working on sewerage work in Tsukiji.Compared to the famous Yoshimuraya and Sugitaya, I think the flavor is milder, without the saltiness typical of the family. In my opinion, the noodles are a little disappointing compared to Yoshimuraya and Sugitaya, but the seaweed, char siu, spinach, and soup are delicious. It would be rude to compare them to the Yoshimura family or the Sugita family in any way. However, I would like to thank you for always providing me with satisfying ramen. I will visit you again.
