How to get a seat? 1)the online reservation is impossible (i tried thrice) 2)reach outside this shop at 730am. 3)at 9am, the staff will come and count the number of pax 3)you cant que for your family or friends. At 9am, whomever wants to eat has to be physically present 4)you will be invited to order from their vending machine. 5)after ordering, you will be given time to eat depending what number are you on the que. 6)they only sell 30 bowl for walk ins. The practical part: I joined the queue at 8:15 on a rainy Monday morning. After waiting more than 1 hour, I entered this tiny Michelin-starred spot to get a lunch ticket. You're supposed to order using the machine inside (cash only, English guidance available). Unfortunately, the rice side dish was sold out already. Fast forward to 12:30. I arrived before the time mentioned on my ticket and had to wait another 25 minutes. The ramen itself is simply magnificent. The broth is clear, flavourful and well-balanced, yet surprisingly light. And the noodles? World-class. In my ramen, I've never had pork that's so tender. Note that the price is roughly 10 euros – a steal. You're outside within 20 minutes, wondering if you'll ever have ramen this good again. So, yes, it's worth the wait. Just bring your umbrella.

Cosy little space with 6 seats, make sure to be there at 7:10 to get your seat ticket and then you have to come back at 11/12 depending on people before you. The shop serves a few items only and it has a Michelin star 🌟the ramen was amazing so light and the noodles were aldente. The staff is very polite and friendly ☺️ it's worth waiting
