Hands down one of the best shoyu ramens I've had in Japan or anywhere else. Some of the mixed reviews I feel have to do with people expecting or preferring a different kind of ramen. Shoyu is a lighter, more simple type of broth than what you'll get in many other ramen places and the portion size and toppings here are all kept quite simple too. You end up with a more refined tasting experience, perfect for a lighter lunch. The restaurant was a bit of a challenge to find. You will have to tap in at the metro gates to able to access it.
