Came here at 7am, and it was open! The tonkotsu broth was super rich, thick and creamy, one of the best I’ve ever had. Also comes with a ton of pickled veggie condiments, as well as sesame and fried garlic. Ordered an extra noodles on top for only 100 yen, totalling under ¥1000 for a gigantic meal. Yum!

first visit noodles ^_^ Purchase standard ramen and replacement balls at the ticket vending machine. Order normally instead of Balikata. A bowl of rice soon! Eh, it smells good ^_^ When I take a sip, I feel like "Oh, it's been a long time since I've had pork bones." Give me a replacement ball ticket and ask for a normal one again. I don't dislike Balikata, but I think the best soup restaurants are usually the best. Because I think the entanglement with noodles is the best. Barikata gives the noodles a texture that does not cling to the soup. I was happy to find delicious tonkotsu ramen for the first time in a long time, so I just added a replacement ball with cash (laughs) The 3rd egg is also delicious without adding any sauce! ! Open from 7:00 in the morning, around 10:30 when visiting. The older sister was a one-off operation, but she was polite to deal with it, and when a foreigner came, she went out to the ticket vending machine and asked about the firmness of the noodles. A smile and a wonderful customer service stood out. The name below was written on the name tag, but is it good to write in word of mouth? I imagine from that customer service, the other staff must be wonderful. I will visit again, thank you for the meal.
