It has been closed for the past two weeks due to kitchen repairs. I asked about it, but the repairs were not completed, so I finally got around to eating it today. Were there many people like you? Even though it was early and it was this season, there was a waiting line. Today's ramen was ordered with firmer noodles, more vegetables, and more fat. 1 mouthful of soup. Today's dish is quite rich, and the noodles are divine (lol).The noodles are firmer than usual and have quite a chewy texture. It was worth the two week wait! I've been here several times, but today might have been the most delicious I've ever had. It was a very satisfying taste. 2023.9.13 revisit I visited the store for lunch today. It's usually a time when there is a waiting line, but why today? There was no line at all and I was able to enter the store smoothly. This time, I ordered onions as a topping for the first time. The order was as usual: firmer noodles, more vegetables, and more fat. After a while, the rice bowl arrived. 1 mouthful of soup. yeah? what's this? Super delicious! The taste that you can feel with haste. I felt like it had more flavor than usual. The noodles were perfectly boiled and the firmness was just the way I like it. I can't stop coming to this shop because it has quality like this! It was a cup of divine quality that made me feel once again. Also, the onion topping I tried for the first time had a crunchy texture that matched the soup, vegetables, and noodles and was very delicious. A very satisfying lunch!
