More Comments at Google MapThere are many ramen shops in Shinbashi, but this one is my favorite. You can enjoy authentic Hakata ramen. It's a one-off operation run by an old man, so it can get crowded at lunchtime. However, the owner is good at making soup. Also, it seems that Hakata's soul food Kashiwa Meshi Onigiri is available at lunch time (limited quantity), but I went at a bad time and it was sold out. Next time I would like to try it again earlier in the day so I can eat it. I want it to continue forever.
The flavor of the soup is rich, but the smell of tonkotsu is moderately suppressed. It doesn't feel like the odor is suppressed with condiments, and it has a slightly fragrant flavor, so I wonder if the pork bones are devised. Hakata Nagahama ramen is easy to eat even for Kanto people.
I finally found it. I found the real pork bone. Time trip the moment you enter! My sense of smell responded, yes, it's delicious! As if the owner knew this, he also prepared sweet potato shochu. A repertoire of drinks that makes you feel like you're in Hakata. After eating and drinking, the ramen to finish off is chashu ramen with a spare egg. Feeling deeply satisfied for the first time in a while! I'm from Saga, so this is my personal opinion. It's so delicious!
