・ I went to Kitakata Ramen Sakauchi Otemachi branch for the first time in a while. I ordered the grilled pork ramen (1,050 yen) at Katame. Of course service rice 🍚 Pork bones are cooked over low heat to create a rich yet light soup that will permeate all five organs. Flat curly noodles with a jiggly texture made with a lot of water are the best when they go down your throat 👍 No wonder it's always so popular with uncles 😌 Thank you for the meal.
