Rose and Kurume ramen after a long absence! Visited after eating sushi in Nihonbashi. A cup of roses, grit and vinegar. The ramen at the end is Kurume ramen, which is slightly different from Nagahama and Fukuoka pork bones. Other customers were also happy that Kurume was there.

Kurumeya is a 3-minute walk from Exit A3 of Uchisaiwaicho Station. There were 5 customers who visited around 19:00 on weekdays. It's a restaurant where you can drink, and you pay after you pay! This time, I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen Yakimeshi Set (980 yen) and Kaedama (120 yen). It was rich but easy to eat and delicious!

Kurume ramen as the name suggests. The noodles are slightly thicker and have a chewy texture, which is different from other ramen in Hakata Nagahama. I'd like to say that the soup is rich with a hint of sweetness, but the Hakata ramen I eat in Tokyo these days is rich enough, so I don't really notice that much of a difference. However, I love it. At lunch time, they give you one extra egg, and this soup has a powerfulness that more than makes up for the ingredients in my tonkotsu ramen! I would like to express my personal impressions. One more thing I'd like to say is that I want to try the fried rice set, but I'm a little hesitant when it comes to eating the extra rice.
