More Comments at Google MapWe’re a family of four and ordered four different types of ramen. This place is very clean. The staff was friendly. The service was attentive and excellent. The noodles were perfectly soft, mildly chewy with a bit of bounce - the way it should be. The broths were rich and robust without being overwhelming. The meat and eggs were not over cooked. Highly recommended compare to the nearby ramen store that has .2 higher star review but one hour wait.
If you don’t wanna queue for hours at the famous Ginza Kagari close by, Ginza Soryu’s your next best stop! Shoyu chicken broth was flavorful and not too salty. Ramen texture was perfectly al dente. I’d recommend the mochi like meatballs!
Loved the white shoyu and tonkotsu seafood garlic oil broth (one very clear yet flavoursome, the other rich and stocky yet not greasy), especially loved the mini thin-skinned gyoza and their signature marumochi dumplings (we had the pan fried but also comes in steamed). The normal gyoza were better too. Typical prices at ~¥1000 per bowl and good it has the gyoza and fried rice options too. Great contemporary industrial style fit out.
