Great ramen restaurant! Visiting from the US I was searching for places that served tonkotsu style ramen and found Hakata Furya. Ordering was via ticket machine style with an English option. When you sit down you hand your tickets and tell what style noodles you would like, and can get up to two free refills. The spicy oil ramen was very tasty and very spicy, delicious! I will be back before leaving Tokyo.

This is my favorite ramen place in Tokyo, food came out in less than 2 mins after I handed over my ticket, you need to pick the noodle hardness, clerk speaks Japanese , English and Chinese. I picked medium hardness, I finished the whole bowl including all the soup. They asked me if I want another free noodle refill, I said I can’t, the poster said you cant get up to 2 free noodle refills. I loved the soup, noodle and the condiments it was like a spicy Japanese kimchi. Egg was perfectly cooked.

The Garlic Oil ramen has been my favorite Ramen I have had in Japan!!! I went back twice to eat here!! You get a bowl and then are able to get 2 more servings of ramen. I prefer the hard cooked noodles. Soo good! It's a ticket ramen shop so have yen on you! The machine can switch languages for easy ordering. Staff are super nice! I don't speak Japanese well and they were able to understand me.
