Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan｜Hakata Ramen Shibaraku

First time I tried Hakata Ramen and it was amazing! I’m pretty sure that in Hakata the ramen is more authentic but it was quite good! It’s not that oily as the typical Ramen so it doesn’t feel heavy. The restaurant has 3 floors I suppose, and they have a small elevator for the ramen which is cool! The service staff are chinese speaking people so they are not polite and neither friendly.

Super efficient and one of the best ramens we’ve had in the city. Servers are quick, welcoming, and friendly. We loved the first option and the noodles were fresh, broth was flavourful, and the gyozas were a delight. Thank you for such a wonderful experience for two foreign travellers.

For me, this restaurant is the best place to eat Hakata Ramen in Tokyo. The soup and noodles are the same as in Hakata, so you feel as if you are in Hakata. The chashu pork is thick and very high quality, although I think it is arranged in Tokyo style, unlike Hakata where thin chashu pork is often used.
