Special miso ramen 1,000 yen If you like backfat, this miso ramen is highly recommended. The amount of noodles is small, so ordering rice is just right.

I had some tsukemen at Ramen Taira Daishu Ajian, Nishioshima branch, which is right next to Nishioshima Station. I thought it would be super rich with plenty of backfat, but I was surprised to find that the soup was rich and delicious, with a hint of garlic flavor! The noodles are thin, flat noodles that coat the soup well and are delicious. The chashu is very soft and cuts easily when you bite into it. Recommended❣️
