I came here twice during my trip to Japan and I wish I had the chance to try all the vegan options. My fave was the soy milk ramen. The next time I visit Japan I will definitely come here again. The food is delicious and the chef taste tests the food which is always a good sign. A good chef won't serve you food that they themselves don't think is worthy, so that is great to see!

All the reviews of this place focus on vegetarian options so I thought this was a vegetarian place, which is fine but I came in with an expectation about what it was going to be. #1 - it's not vegetarian. It CAN BE but it's not by default, so if you want animals in your food... This is a great option still. #2 - oh my God this is the best ramen I've had since coming to Japan. It's highly rated for a reason. I don't know if the chef was also the owner but he was incredibly kind and helpful and I hope it was the owner because he deserves all these reviews.

Excellent Ramen noodle bar!!! The chef (owner?) Mr Gaku San, saw me struggling with the ticket machine outside and came to give me some help. It was then wonderful watching him make lunch and the taste was sublime. Noodles perfectly done with just the right amount of bite, the egg was perfectly cooked, and the stock was so delicious. Thoroughly recommend..
