I came at noon on a Saturday, and the overall queuing time was within 15 minutes, much faster than other ramen shops that had to queue. The noodles are very chewy, refreshing and springy. There is no unpleasant smell of fish powder in the soup, and the grapefruit peel is added to make it more fresh. Compared with other famous tsukemen shops (thick and fish-based), the taste of this one is better, and it is definitely worth a try.

Lighter than most modern dipping sauces, but still very tasty. Ordered the large portion and the two types of noodles was a novel idea. Great egg and meat. Biggest issue was getting thru it all without dying and before the sauce cooled too much.

This restaurant is located around a university and it gets very busy around lunch time, even on a weekday. The lineup wasn’t too long as we waited around 30 mins, and lineups kept on going even after we got inside. You first order the dish you want on a machine; and if you can’t read Japanese, they have an English menu. The server who greeted us was very friendly and was helpful when we had questions. After ordering through the machine and getting the tickets, you can choose your seat and give the tickets to the chef. I highly recommend getting their signature dipping ramen. The food came fairly quickly and the chefs were very happy when they gave us our food. The dipping ramen comes in thick or thin noodles, but I think you could ask for just thin or thick (not sure since we couldnt read Japanese). The ramen noodles were made fresh and very chewy, and the broth was so flavorful, yet wasn’t too salty. Make sure to not pour the whole soup inside the noodle bowl, you’re supposed to dip the noodles a bit at a time in the broth. After finishing, the chef let me try the soup with a zist of lemon which was also very refreshing. I had a great experience and highly recommend visiting! The lineups are worth it :) IG: Ayenomz
