Awesome ramen. Pretty rich flavored soup. Try "shio" ramen as it is their staple menu item. The also have rice bowl with egg, pork and bonito (be warned it is raw egg) which is also their specialty. I was gonna eat at the hotel but I jumped in here just to try, which I am glad I did. Need to buy tickets as you enter.

Deliciously simple and traditional. Well balanced soup base and softly aromatic. Exceeded my expectations. Will return to validate the experience.

Top-notch ramen. Tonkotsu-based soup in shio, shoyu or miso flavors. Thin noodles as well. Must be a popular joint as it was almost full at 3pm on a Sunday. The guy working there does look a bit intimidating but is a nice guy.
