More Comments at Google MapReally enjoyed the duck ramen at this venue! I haven’t had many duck ramens before but after having this bowl, it makes me want to try more! The restaurant itself is beneath the tracks so you can occasionally hear the sounds of the train above you as you eat. It’s quite an experience and creates a fun atmosphere. Waited around 1 hour around 3pm in the afternoon. Make sure you order on the ticketing machine first before lining up!
The duck confit ramen comes with a choice of 2 out of 3 kinds of leek/onion. The last one usually changes every month. The duck slices were really tender with just a hint of gaminess from the duck. Noodles were firm and had a delightful chew, while the broth was flavourful yet clean tasting. The leeks and onions were the perfect accompaniment to this bowl of meaty, umami goodness. Be sure to get a ticket before joining the queue to enter the restaurant. Large groups (4 and above) may be expected to be seated separately.
There’s a system where you order from the ticket machine and then queue up. We waited around 20 mins for dinner. You get to choose 2 out of 3 toppings for your ramen. The duck meat melts in your mouth and the broth is flavorful with duck fat and is very light so you can drink the whole broth.
