I'm glad this was my last meal before I flew out of Tokyo as it was truly so delicious and memorable. I chose the black dipping noodle with the thicker sauce - it was a good choice. But when I showed curiousity about the spicy sauce that others were having, I was given some to try so I had 2 dipping sauces and I was in heaven! The noodles are chewy and perfect. The slab of pork is thick and generous, so one piece was sufficient for me. Other reviews prepared me for the amount of meat that you get, so I looked at the pictures carefully and avoided those with many slabs of meat! It was reasonably priced too. Once you finish your noodles and there's a bit of dipping sauce left, you can ask for the soup stock in the thermos jug and you pour the soup into the remaining sauce to have a tasty soup and thus prolong the enjoyment. I hope to come back to eat this yummy meal again..

Big and delicious char sui But i think its a bit too much for 2pcs of charsui for 1person. 😂 I order 2charsuie medium noodle and black oil soup. Full from lunch till breakfast the next day. Went there 10min before opening and there was only a few people infront of me. There is a big napkin on the table for you as well

To be honest, the price is higher than expectations. However, the noodle is amazing and worth the price. Highly recommended to choose the black one which is more special than the other one. Don’t miss out when you travel to Ueno.
