This stuff is the best ramen I've had in japan, I got addicted from the first time I went and now look up a Kasugatei wherever I go. It is extremely rich so you don't need to go with the larger sizes, a regular is more than enough. I would also recommend getting the full toppings set that comes with a lot of green onions that help balance the richness of the noodles

Fantastic ramen shop offering uniquely thick noodles for those wanting more than the traditional noodle types. You're given noodles and toppings first without broth as well as tons of little toppings that you can add for free to personalise your meal. After your noodles are finished you can get your bowl filled with the broth which tastes amazing mixed in with all your leftover juices from the noodles. My preferred way of eating ramen for sure. Highly recommended as a great place to get good, well priced ramen in Akihabara.
