More Comments at Google MapNice tsukemen-dipping noodles and ramen restaurant, near Akihabara and Suehirocho station. Soup is very thick, featuring pork bone, chicken broth and kombu-kelp. It's full of umami and a bit spicy. Thick and springy noodle goes with the soup well. You can choose amount from 200g/300g/400g at the same price. When you finished the first half of the noodle, you can add seasonings (lemon juice, black pepper, garlic paste, etc.) to enjoy how the taste changes. Chashu-roasted pork is great. It is not fully cooked as usual, thus texture is soft, juicy and chewy. Price is acceptable. Cash only.
The monday special tsukumen ramen was the best thing ever!
It was empty when I got there around 4:30. Pork soba 1050 yen, the price is a little expensive, but I am satisfied because it is the taste of the family and the volume of Jiro. Jiro is kind of hard to get to, so I thought this would be a good place to go if you want to have a hearty meal.
