One of the best ramen I've had in Tokyo. Rich broth but not overpowering. The store has a variety of broth options and I got tonkotsu. For the toppings, there's lots to choose from as well. Additional to what you chose, you can get one more for free. The chasiu meat is cooked properly and sliced thinly (as it should be). My favourite thing is you can adjust the chewyness of the noodle, the amount of oil (a big plus) and the salt level so it wouldn't be too strong. The bowl itself is already enough to put you in food coma but if you feel like slurping the leftover soup then you can ask for rice as well. Service was also very efficient, the staff were nice and genki!

The boss is very nice and the food feels like a celebrity eating ramen
