Delicious ramen and gyoza. There is a ticket queuing system and our number was called within 15 minutes at a busy time. We were served really quickly and our water kept topped up throughout our time. I had the miso base while my partner had the soy sauce. This was his first experience with ramen and he really enjoyed it (even managed to get him to eat a soft boiled egg).

I ordered the piri kara negi ramen which is a spicy take on their shouyu broth. The broth was also a bit different from the regilar shouyu viand as it had a sort of “smokey” flavor to it. It was great! The noodles were also great!
