Super delicious. We arrived in Tokyo late and this was open late so we tried it and had to come back. We’ve tried several dishes and they were all delicious. The chef was also super sweet and helpful, he translated each of the sauces for us so we knew what we were eating.

Unassuming store at the door to Asakusa shopping district. I wish I tried it earlier as it’s delicious, well priced and right near my hotel. Had the Karashi Ramen (spicy style) and honestly I would take it over the big franchised ramens any day, super rich flavour with lovely boiled eggs under 900 yen. Best ramen I had on my whole trip. My wife had the tsukemen which was also nice and affordable, ask for the soup hotter. Place is a one man show and he is pretty flexible if you can’t use the machine just point out what you want and he will grab the tickets from the machine for you.

Don't expect super delicious food here, this is a local no frill eatery. On a mon noon when tonnes of tourists walk pass outside this eatery, i am the only tourists surrounded by locals (mainly middle aged and seniors) and having a great time eating no frill and very affordable ramen and gyoza plus beer set. 1200 yen for all these?! Its certainly super value for money and i gotta say they all taste good for the price you pay! 👍
