The ramen in this store is different from the previous Japanese ramen, mainly beef. Their beef tendon is very delicious. In addition, I ordered the beef チーズ that is not on the ordering machine. Before eating, the boss will help you heat the チーズ with a spray gun. The ramen will be mixed with the milk flavor of チーズ, which is very unique.

The beef stew is delicious and comes with a lot. The noodles and soup are recommended. The boss was very attentive and gave us small bowls for sharing food, and the room was very clean.

Honestly, it was the best dining experience in Japan.. I was out late just exploring the area, and stumbled upon this place and was immediately drawn to it as this type of place is well known to foreigners as part of Japanese culture, and definitely a surreal experience. The queue outside along with noise was fantastic, made me feel like I was a local, getting something to eat after a hard day.. the owners were fantastic, and accommodated me well despite my VERY limited Japanese. The food was incredible, and a gentleman who was sat next to me advised me to try some condiments that were available, I’m glad he did as they completed the food incredibly. I did have some beer with it, and overall I couldn’t have been happier. This type of experience is why I wanted to visit Japan, and it certainly did not disappoint. I paid my respect to the owners and left both extremely happy, but also disappointed that I won’t experience this again for a long time!
