During my lunch break at work, there was a ramen shop nearby, so I visited for the first time. It was full, but the rotation was fast and I was immediately guided to the counter seat. The panda ramen and miso ramen seem to be the best sellers, and there was a ranking posted on the wall, but I dared to order the unranked tonkotsu ramen. The noodles are medium-thick and curly and delicious! The soup is full of backfat and goes great with pork bone soup! The amount is 1.5 times that of a normal ramen shop, so I'm pretty satisfied with just the ramen. However, when I saw the fried rice being cooked in front of me, I really wanted to eat it, but unfortunately I didn't order it because I thought I wouldn't be able to move due to work in the afternoon. Next time I will go with a set of fried rice and ramen.
I've been looking for a tonkotsu ramen alternative to the Sengoku Jiman Ramen Uguisudani store for about 10 years, and finally found it here. It's neither Iekei nor Hakata-style, it's the classic tonkotsu ramen with the right amount of backfat. half ball x 2 Seaweed x 2 Char Siu x 2 The char siu was moderately thick and soft. Tonkotsu ramen is priced at 740 yen, but for a limited time only, it will be 600 yen on weekdays. I overlooked Genki Ramen, which has a ridiculous amount of garlic, so I will order that next time.
