Good ramen I really like.

Regular medium size 240g 1,010 yen Raw egg 80 yen Visited on Sunday at 18:00. Just when the shutter opens, the first customer is 12 and the second customer is 5. Connect to the queue and purchase a meal ticket in order. I was lucky enough to be seated. This time I lined up in the line before the store opened, but if there is a line after the store opens, I will line up after purchasing a meal ticket first. There is a space where about 3 people can sit inside the store, and there are benches where about 5 people can sit outside. There are two staff members, the owner and a woman. Both are working very efficiently. Hand over the meal ticket when you are seated and wait for a while. Water, astragalus, and toothpicks are self-service in the middle of the store, and tissues are available under the ticket machine. There is a vending machine in the store, and black oolong tea is also sold. After 15 minutes of waiting, the raw egg in the bowl was served first, and 7 minutes after that, the owner called out to me and told me to add less garlic and oil, and ramen was served immediately after. Yasai has a moderate amount of cabbage and has a crispy texture. Since the amount of oil has increased, there are a lot of block-type things scattered around, and the oil itself is not so seasoned, but it is sweet and delicious. And when you sip a little soup, it's ridiculously delicious...! There is a little oil layer on the surface, but the soup is slightly emulsified and the flavor of the pork and soy sauce are combined, yet it is not salty and everything is at a high level. It tastes like the umami is concentrated, and it's delicious whether you sip it as it is or combine it with vegetables! Two pigs are hidden under the vegetable, and the thickness is about 1 cm. It has a silky texture and is just the right amount of seasoning. The noodles are thick and curly noodles that are flat and easy to eat, and I like them well. As I was engrossed in eating it, it almost disappeared in a blink of an eye, so I carefully ate it by dipping it in the egg and finished it with a moderately full stomach. Raise the bowl on the counter, wipe it lightly with a wiping cloth and leave the store. I regretted it a little because I didn't call Yasai and I had some time to spare when I finished eating, but it was a dangerous place because my stomach was full by the time I got home. As a point to note, the ticket machine can only use 1,000 yen bills and coins, the door must be closed in summer and winter, and bicycles are OK in front of the store, but not next to the apartment on the left side of the store. (especially corner seats) For motorcycles, AEON's bicycle parking lot is free for up to 3 hours, so it is recommended. (200 yen from 4 hours) The inside of the store is air-conditioned, but it's still a little hot, and the water in the water dispenser is lukewarm... The price range is higher than when the store first opened, but I'm satisfied enough even if I deduct that. I'm happy to finally be able to go to the restaurant I've always wanted to go to, but I was more impressed by the delicious soup than I had imagined. Thank you for the meal.
