The restaurant is sumo-themed and has a very nice atmosphere. The owner, a former sumo wrestler, is friendly and will chat with you throughout the meal. I recommend being able to speak and read at least intermediate Japanese. The owner was very patient as I tried to communicate with limited Japanese. The nabe was delicious and healthy, and you could flavor the broth to your liking. A very fun experience, and I would go again.

Came for an authentic Changko experience. Food is amazing and the owner is super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to eat a hearty meal!

Amazingly delicious chanko omakase! and extremely patient, attentive, and kind owners. Everyone there loves sumo and it is altogether a great time!
