Washoku at its best

I went to Rin's lunch in Kitasenju. I've been curious about it since I heard that it was featured in the 2017 Michelin Guide as a Bib Gourmand. We chose the sashimi set meal and fillet cutlet set meal from the affordable lunch menu. I had to wait a little while, but I was satisfied with the amount of content I saw. A sashimi platter with 1.2 slices each of grilled red sea bream, bream bream, and squid, along with three small bowls of chawanmushi, salad, nameko mushrooms, and konjac, and crunchy miso cabbage. The sashimi didn't have any smell at all, and I enjoyed the different flavors and textures of each type. I accidentally drank something high during the day. It was a luxurious lunch suitable for a holiday. The chawanmushi was also delicious. We also shared a piece of fillet cutlet, which was thick and soft. Next time, let's have the fillet cutlet set meal. I took a quick look at the dinner menu, and the sashimi sashimi, pickled mozzarella cheese, and tofu skin looked delicious, so I'd like to come back sometime in the evening.
